Toshihiro Takada
Toshihiro Takada worked with Fujitsu and Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor Inc. as Senior Director of Marketing. He is one of the founders of FiBest and currently serves as President of FiBOC, Inc., a US subsidiary of FiBest, who is responsible for the global sales operation. Mr. Takada has over 20years of experience in the development of optical module, marketing and business development.

Katsuhito Shima
Katsuhito Shima has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor laser field, especially telecom & CATV DFB laser development and product design management. Prior to Fibest, Dr. Shima worked with Fujitsu Lab., and Fujitsu Quantum Devices. At Fujitsu Quantum Devices, Dr. shima managed technology and business development as Managing Director in Hong Kong Branch.

Haruhisa Soda
Haruhisa Soda worked with Fujitsu Laboratories as Director of Optical Device Development Dept. and engaged in the development of FP-LD, DFB-LD, DFB-LD integrated with a modulator, and 40Gbps photodiodes over 20years. Dr. Soda is one of the founders of FiBest and currently serves as CTO.

Seishi Notomi
Seishi Notomi worked with Fujitsu Laboratories, Fujitsu Quantum Devices and Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor Inc. as Director of High Speed LSI Lab and engaged in the development of GaAs gate array, communication purpose ASSP and 40Gbps HEMT Driver/TIA. Mr. Notomi is also one of the founders of FiBest and currently serves as Officer & VP R&D.

Yoshiaki Takigawa
Yoshiaki Takigawa worked as Overseas Marketing Manager with Sony more than 8 years, and also have long experiences as investment banker with Nippon Credit Bank (The Aozara Bank) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Katsuyuki Nagano
Katsuyuki Nagano has 35 year experience in research, engineering and marketing activities in the optoelectronics industry. He started his carrier at Central Research Lab. of Hitachi Ltd. and worked as director of engineering and marketing group in the company. Later he moved to Opnext, Inc. to serve as VP of Marketing.
